REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY No returns are permitted. However, in case a wrong or defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You may write to us at support@SARGRA.com or call us at +91- 9368979304 (09:00 AM-06:00 P.M., Monday-Sunday). 1. SARGRA is not responsible for and does not guarantee refund for cases where: a. The products are shipped to a wrong address provided by the sender b. Unsuccessful delivery due to recipient not being available at the address provided or the recipient declining to accept the delivery. c. Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient 2. Full refund is allowed on cancellation in case the cancellation request is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. 3. If we can’t supply all or part of your request (the item or any substitute item to you whatsoever), we will tell you as quickly as time permits and refund the full amount paid. 4. Refund will be credited to the SARGRA wallet of the customer. No cash refund is allowed. The refund is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the request. It takes 7 to 10 working days post processing of refund to reflect in the Bank account 5. NO cancellation requests are accepted on order placed in following categories. a. Same day delivery – No cancellation is allowed if the date of ordering and date of delivery same. b. Same day mid night delivery – No cancellation allowed c. Special day orders – Order placed for special days like Valentine’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Mother’s Day etc. cannot be cancelled 6. Damaged or Defective Products If the product received by you is damaged or defective, you may let us know at +91-9368979304 (9:00 A.M, to 9:00 P.M., Monday- Sunday) or mail us the photographs of the defective/damaged product at Sales@sargra.in . Within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will deliver a new product and in case we fail to deliver the replacement, we shall refund the full amount. .
